Chekhov's Mistress

A Swink and a Smile

by Bud Parr

Swink Literary Journal, MediaBistro, Elegant Variation interview, apologies.

Swink Magazine recently debuted as a print magazine “dedicated to identifying and promoting literary talent in both established and emerging writers.” The first issue looks promising and it’s encouraging to know that people are still willing to go out in the world with new publications that serve such a small segment of the population.

Today Mediabistro just posted an interview with Swink’s editor and founder Leelila Strogov, including what looks like an compellingly obligatory picture of Ms. Strogov. The MB interview is quite short and not that informative though, so check out the interview at the Elegant Variation that is far more detailed.

p.s. I couldn’t resist the silly title of this post because the name lends itself to such nonsense, so I hope it wasn’t a “Swink and a miss”. Oops, did it again; Sorry.
