Chekhov's Mistress

I Interrupt this Allergy Induced Haze to Inform You…

by Bud Parr

that Michelle Lin (NY Brain Terrain) has a terrific interview with Helen Oyeyemi, author of The Icarus Girl. She’s posted it at New York Brain Terrain and  MetaxuCafé as part of our Pen World Voices Festival of International Literature coverage.

If you haven’t dropped by MetaxuCafé, we’ve accumulated 21 reports on the festival. I may still have a few up my sleeve, but as you can tell by the title of this post, all I can muster right now is fighting off the seasonal battle for my eyes and nose. I’m gaining ground, but as usual, the pollen is winning.

Oh, and by the way, we just hit the 250 blog-members mark at MetaxuCafé!

Hi Bud, thanks for the mention!  Hope your allergies get better soon.  (Benadryl is very effective, although it makes you feel dopey all day.)
