The New York Times had a brief article (Finding Time (Four Years) for Proust, 24-May-05) yesterday on the Proust Reading Group at the Mercantile Library in Manhattan. One member says “the book is our life” and the other compares their readings to “reading the Torah” and…
the group’s youngest member, Sylvia Mohen, a 25-year-old medical student, caused ripples with her observation: “It’s the ultimate blog.”
Huh? Hey don’t they know about 400 Windmills? We may not take four years (I hope), but we really are a blog!
