Jenny Davidson’s blog, ”Light Reading,” gets a well-deserved nod from the Village Voice where she’s been named the “Best Local Literary Blog of 2006.” They say she “riffs with sprightly authority” and “equally entertaining” on “seemingly everything else under the sun.”
And Sara Gran’s “ambitious, compact novel” Dope was named by the Voice as ”Best New York Noir” with its “devilish double-crossings” and “marvelously sustained voice,” Dope leaves one “twitching” for another “Gran fix.”
