Stanford University has teemed up with Apple to distribute content through iTunes. They’re podcasting lectures, interviews and all kinds of smarty-pants goodies ostensibly for their alumni, but the rest of us can take part too.
The Stanford section is separate from the iTunes music store, so you must enter through the “Stanford on iTunes” site, then subscribe. Among the offerings is “Book Salon.” I’ve just been listening to an interview with Marjorie Perloff talking about her memoir, The Vienna Paradox. Good, geeky fun.
